These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of gabriellemareeladd.com.au and your purchase of AuraCrest Boost from GABRIELLE MAREE LADD, Natural person (self-employed) (Legal form: Natural person (self-employed)). By using this website or placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptable Use

You may use this website for lawful personal purposes only. You must not attempt to interfere with the operation of the site, introduce malware, or use automated tools to scrape content. You must be 18 years of age or older to place an order.

2. Order and Sale Process

Submitting the order form constitutes a request to purchase. No contract is formed until we have called you to confirm the order verbally. If we are unable to fulfil your request - for example due to stock unavailability - we will inform you during the confirmation call and no charge will be made.

Prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (GBP) inclusive of any applicable VAT. The price displayed on the website at the time of ordering is the price you pay. Payment is collected in full on delivery by the courier - either by cash or by card. No online payment or prepayment is ever required.

You may cancel your order at any time before dispatch: either during the confirmation call or by emailing [email protected]. You may also decline to accept the parcel on delivery, in which case the order is automatically cancelled at no charge.

3. Disclaimer - Food Supplement

AuraCrest Boost is a food supplement, not a medicine. The information on this website, including nutrient claims, is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Individual results are not guaranteed. Nutrient claims are made in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006 and relate to individual nutrients, not to the product as a whole.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website - including text, design, graphics, and layout - is the property of GABRIELLE MAREE LADD or its licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without written permission.

5. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order and return the product within 14 calendar days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. The product must be returned in its original, sealed and unopened condition. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for the full process.

Please note: for hygiene and food safety reasons, food supplements with a broken or opened seal cannot be returned once opened, as permitted by Regulation 28(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GABRIELLE MAREE LADD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use of this website or the product. Our total liability for any claim arising in connection with a purchase shall not exceed the price paid for the relevant order.

7. Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve any complaints informally. Please contact us first at [email protected]. If we are unable to resolve your complaint within 8 weeks, you may escalate to an alternative dispute resolution body. UK consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr where relevant.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
