Taking AuraCrest Boost
Take one capsule per day with a meal and a full glass of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of one capsule.
Simply continue with your next scheduled dose. Do not take two capsules to compensate - exceeding the daily dose provides no benefit and may exceed recommended daily intakes for some nutrients.
One pack contains 90 capsules - a 90-day supply at one capsule per day.
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking prescription medication, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting AuraCrest Boost or any food supplement. This is also recommended if you are already taking other vitamin or mineral supplements.
